The 2020 Annual General Meeting of the members of Residents 3000 Inc. will be held via Zoom at 6:00pm on Thursday 3rd September 2020. Please find attached the AGM notice, including this year’s President’s Report and the draft 2019 AGM minutes.

As in previous years, we will endeavour to keep formalities to a minimum prior to a presentation from Lord Mayor Sally Capp.  Sally will bring us up to date with how our city is coping with COVID-19 and inform us about the City of Melbourne’s progress on many other fronts.  Ample time will be allowed for questions. Please submit these as early as possible as questions will be addressed in order of receipt. You can both register and submit your question(s) by emailing merle@residents3000.com.au. Registrants will receive a Zoom link for the meeting. 

All are welcome to attend. Although only members will have voting rights for the AGM, you may wish to renew your membership – or apply for one – in advance (by visiting our membership page) or on the night in order to participate in voting.
