Terms and Conditions of Membership with Residents 3000 Inc. (ABN 97 622 580 759)

People who are residents of Melbourne CBD are encouraged to become financial members of the association. Apart from making a financial contribution to help with the cost of running of the association, members receive regular emails and news articles via our social media outlets, have free attendance at our regular Members Events at the Kelvin Club and benefit from occasional discounts at selected iconic venues in the CBD. Members are able to vote at our AGM and have the opportunity to make their views heard on various issues relating to city life and its amenity.

There are three methods for payment of Membership Fees. Payments can be made by EFT (bank transfer), credit or debit card via Square or with cash at one of our events.

Memberships are due for renewal each year on the 1st of July. Considering the small monetary amount involved in becoming a member of the Association no pro-rata memberships will be allowed during the financial year. Residents 3000 Inc. will advise members when renewal of their membership comes due.

Delivery Policy
After joining online, you will receive an email confirmation from PayPal containing your membership details. New members will receive a welcome email within a few days of joining.  No additional email other than our newsletter and events emails will be sent to renewing members or sponsors.

Refund & Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your membership we will give you a 10 day money-back guarantee from the time you joined online or paid by cash at one of our functions. Please email to secretary@residents3000.org.au within that time if you are not satisfied with your membership so that we can resolve any problems.
