Seasons Greetings and December update

As we draw close to the end of another eventful year, I would like to thank you for your support. It has been a yet another year of unprecedented challenges and I have been encouraged by your faithful and keen participation in our events online and in person as we have sought to continue to connect, support and inform city residents in new ways throughout the year. I would like to take this opportunity to wish a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year 2022 to all of you.

We also wish to highlight a number of important opportunities for resident involvement and input before the year’s end. The City of Melbourne Participate 3000 engagement activities have been extended to 16 December 2021. This is your opportunity to to get involved in shaping the future of Melbourne CBD neighbourhoods. We encourage those interested to participate and contribute to the discussions. So make sure to have your say!

Best wishes and season’s greetings. We look forward to seeing you in 2022!

On behalf of your Committee

Melbourne CBD Property Market Update

Gina Donazzan, Kim Davey and their team look forward to meeting with you again at our last Forum 3000 meeting of 2021 on Thursday, 2nd December 2021 at 6.00pm at the Kelvin Club (14-30 Melbourne Place off Russell Street).

We would like to share with you Melbourne’s Property Market in sales and rentals and the buyers and renters sentiment during lockdown and after lockdown.

We have already had some questions put to us that we will also discuss on the night. Perhaps you are considering selling or putting your property on the rental market, we would be delighted to advise you on the best approach to take.

Send your questions for Gina and her team prior to the event by emailing us at: info@residents3000.com.au. We welcome all your questions or queries as we want to be able to answer them for you.

Members and guests are welcome! The registration table will be open 5:45pm – 6:30pm. Finger food will be served at the event. Drinks available from the Kelvin Club bar.
